2. Conclusion of the contract
- The availability and prices shown are taken live from our calendar system.
- A booking request reserves the dates for 30 minutes and leads to our payment page on buchen.dove-living.de, which shows all details of the stay and these terms.
- By clicking "Book with obligation to pay" and completing the card payment with Stripe you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. You will see the confirmation and reservation number immediately. Without payment the dates are released automatically.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euros including cleaning and VAT. The full amount is paid by card when booking (via Stripe).
No security deposit is charged for bookings via buchen.dove-living.de.
4. Cancellation policy
- Cancellation free of charge up to 1 day(s) before arrival (by the check-in time): full refund.
- Later cancellation or no-show: the full price is due. We refund amounts we save or earn by re-letting.

5. No right of withdrawal
Under § 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts for accommodation for a specific date or period. The cancellation policy above applies.
6. Stay and house rules
- Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00 (unless the booking confirmation states otherwise).
- Maximum number of guests as booked; no smoking, no parties, no pets; please treat the apartment with care and report damage. Guests are liable for damage they cause.
- Guests must fill in the registration form required by law (Meldeschein).
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical foreseeable damage.
8. Final provisions
German law applies. The German version of these terms is binding.
